Under the umbrella of our holding company, Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad, Century Bond Bhd (CBB) has grown into an integrated packaging solutions provider. Backed by over 30 years of experience, we are driven by 8 business divisions, namely 1.Paper Bags, 2.Carton Boxes, 3.Offset Printing, 4.Rigid Boxes, 5.Paper Pulp Moulding, 6.Supporting Packaging Material, 7.Consumer Products (OEM - Personal Care & Household Cleaning Chemicals) and 8.BIB Bags. What does that mean for you? It means CBB can offer you any type of packaging solutions by being a one-stop solution provider.
1.Paper Bag Division
50%-60% Market share in the cement bag market. We also provide our services to the non-cement bag segment.
2.Carton Boxes Division
Design, manufacturing & sales of standard & custom-made boxes.
3.Offset Printing Division
We customize boxes with laminated outer layer of printed sheets for finer and more vibrant printing, the end result of which is called offset carton boxes.
4.Rigid Boxes Division
We also produce packaging products that are associated with luxury goods such as rigid boxes. Typically four times thicker than an average folding cartons.
5.Paper Pulp Moulding Division
In line with the emergence of varied types of moulded fibre as a preferred means of packaging and protecting products.
6.Supporting Packaging Material Division
Manufacturing of various plastic packaging material i.e. stretch and shrink film, polyethene foam and liners, Oriented Polypropylene tapes, and printed bags.
7.OEM Division
Manufacturing of household care products under the house brand ‘LEO’ and a contract manufacturer for leading retailers in Malaysia and Singapore.
8.BIB Bags
We produce high quality bag-in-box, a single-use packaging system with the films made to last while protecting the freshness and shelf life of the products.

ISTA Packaging
We are certified testing laboratory member of the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) standard. These include Conditioning (Temperature & Humidity), Drop (Manual/Mechanical Handling), Compression (Warehouse/Vehicle Stacking), Vibration (Vehicle/Stacked Products) and Concentration (Impact).

- • Significant conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest use.

FSC® Chain-of-Custody (CoC) Policy
Our FSC® policy is to be the responsible supplier of paper packaging products through ensuring raw material in the supply chain are originating from well managed forests, controlled sources, reclaimed materials, or mixture of these*. To achieve the policy, we shall establish, adopt, and continues improving an effective FSC® Standard for Chain of Custody Certification. We are also committed to fulfil the occupational safety and health of workers, and will not directly or indirectly involve in the following activities: -
Procurement Policy
CBB’s approach to sustainable, local procurement is driven by the Group-wide Procurement Policy. The policy set out how the Group should manage its procurement requirements, focusing on progressively developing sustainability within supply chains.
The policy is designed to ensure that the Group’s supply chains operate at a high standard of professionalism while enabling a high level of transparency and accountability and encouraging efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility in the procurement process within a system of checks, and balances to support the Group’s goals and objectives.

Quality assurance is an integral component of our comprehensive system of checks and balances, which is unsurpassed in the industry ensuring high standard of customers’ experience. As proof of our enduring efforts, the Group attained the prestigious ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP) Standard.
We attained these certificates for complying to the Halal standard and HACCP and adhering to the guideline and best practices for Halal food manufacturing. This guideline is used for analysis, prevention and monitoring of Islamic prohibited items (Haram Critical Control Points and of ) physical, biological, and chemical hazard critical control point (HACCP) in Halal food manufacturing. The GMP approval is a prerequisite to the Halal HACCP.
